ScaleUp Company is an international movement building the largest home for scaling companies ever made, with a bold, specific goal: 1,000 scaling companies growing at once by 2032. You don't get there market by market with employees. You get there with entrepreneurs who own what they build.
You start a business by yourself, but you scale it together.
Who we're looking for
This isn't a hire. It's a co-founder seat.
A high bar, on purpose. You'll carry the brand in an entire market. Two things have to be true:
You've built it before.
You founded or led a fast-growing company through several stages of growth. You've done the hard parts, not read about them.
You're known where you are.
Respected in your market's ecosystem: a real network of scaling companies, and reach through the rooms, stages and channels your founders actually pay attention to.

- ✓You think in systems: Scaling Up, OKRs, EOS, or similar.
- ✓You sell through conviction: consultative and relational, never forced.
- ✓You lead yourself first: accountable, prepared, obsessed with better.
The honest filter
All Country Leads are coaches. Not every coach could be a Country Lead. The difference isn't skill. It's ownership. You'll carry a P&L, a team and a brand. If what you want is to coach, this isn't the seat.
The role
You don't join ScaleUp. You build it where you are.
From day one you're the face of ScaleUp in your market, coaching leadership teams yourself, then building the team and the ecosystem around you.
What you'll do
- ✓Launch and lead ScaleUp Company in your country, as its owner.
- ✓Coach founders and leadership teams yourself, across People, Strategy, Execution and Cash.
- ✓Build the local brand: the rooms, the stages, the Sessions, the ecosystem.
- ✓Recruit, train and lead your own team of ScaleUp coaches.
- ✓Grow a profitable business on our IP, tools and infrastructure.
Standards
You get the framework, the brand and the infrastructure. What we ask is what we ask of every market: preparation, presence and measurable impact. It's a multi-year, exclusive commitment. Standards are what protect the brand founders trust.

The economics
How the partnership works
Three ways you earn, all tied to what you build.
Equity.
Up to 30% ownership of the ScaleUp company in your market.
Coaching fees.
Direct compensation for the leadership teams you coach yourself.
Management fee.
Once your market passes ten active clients, additional compensation for running it.
You bring your time, your network and your reputation. We bring the method, the brand, the infrastructure and the team behind you. Neither side succeeds without the other, which is the point.
