The Deep Dive is free because it's how both sides find out whether working together makes sense. There's no catch, but there is a cost: a Deep Dive takes a ScaleUp coach close to a full day. A diagnostic for every leadership team member, a two-hour session with the whole team, and a CEO one-on-one a week later.
No, the Deep Dive is not a sales meeting. It's a real working session that delivers value on its own, a sprint-sized taste of what working with us is like. If there's a fit, we'll talk about what's next; if not, you still leave with a clearer picture of your company.
You qualify for a Deep Dive if you have at least eight employees, over €1 million in annual revenue, and a leadership team of three or more. That's roughly the point where companies hit the complexity that comes with real growth, which is what our program solves. Beyond the benchmark, what matters is commitment: the Deep Dive only works if the CEO and the full leadership team take part and are willing to be honest about what isn't working. Not sure you fit?
